At Cerakey, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ceramic typing experience. If your keycaps are not the perfect fit for your setup, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return or exchange your ceramic keycaps.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original premium packaging to ensure the ceramic components are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items are in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
